Deploy Headlamp internally at headlamp.local
Add headlamp/headlamp.yaml (Deployment v0.42.0, cluster-admin ServiceAccount + login token, Service, Traefik ingress). Remove the stray root headlamp-ingress.yaml that referenced a non-existent service.
